| Watch or Listen won't load at James's house | Normal: the router can't loop back to itself. It works anywhere else, or use phone data. |
| A Cloudflare error page (502 or 1033) | The server is restarting or asleep. Give it a few minutes, then tell James. |
| Video buffers a lot | In the player, lower the quality (gear icon → Quality → 4 Mbps). |
| A request stuck at "Processing" for more than a day | Let James know. It usually means no good copy was found yet. |
| Forgot a password | Ask James. He can reset Jellyfin, Audiobookshelf and Map Room accounts. |
